Technology Enterprise Park

News

The park currently provides 173,000 SF of flexible-use, multi-tenant laboratory space in two buildings. The 11-acre park will ultimately include four (4) buildings offering a total of 600,000 SF of space, two (2) parking decks and a supporting research facility.
